TWO CYPRIOT WHITE-SLIP WARE TANKARDS
Late Cypriot I, Circa 1600-1450 B.C.
Each with a globular body on a raised flaring foot, with a wide waisted, cylindrical neck and flaring rim, with a single wide handle and thumb-rest spur, a smaller projecting flange on the opposite side of the bowl, each decorated in dark brown with geometric patterns including lines, hatching and crosshatching of bands and lozenges, one with dots along the rim and thumb-rest
