A Satsuma bottle vase
19th century
the tall slender neck with flaring rim and moulded band to the mid section, moulded with simulated drapery reserved with wisteria blossom, painted and gilt to the lower body with panels of a flowering riverbank and a family in an interior -- 8¼in. (21cms) diam, signed Kinkozan; and a small Satsuma blue ground koro and cover -- 3¾in. (9.5cms) diam.
