The First Six Books of the Elements of Euclid in which coloured diagrams and symbols are used instead of letters for the greater ease of learners, edited by Oliver Byrne, London: William Pickering, 1847. 4° (231 x 189mm). Half title, diagrams printed in red, yellow, blue and black. (Outer margin of first third of book lightly waterstained, some spotting throughout.) Contemporary half calf and marbled boards (very rubbed and scuffed).
