An English porcelain two-handled cup and stand
Circa 1800, perhaps London-decorated
Of tapering form with scroll handles, painted in green with classical portraits, bust-length in profile, on matt black shield-shaped cartouches in gilt panels, the borders gilt with anthemion and pendant flower-heads on fretted ground sections (some minor flaking and light rubbing)
