Circa 1890, blue cockerel marks
With mythical beast handles, each painted with a heraldic bird among flowers and scrolling foliage, the reverse with a coat-of-arms, one with the arms of the Medici, the other with the iris of Florence, on a check pattern ground within a shaped cartouche (one with restoration to foot)
