Circa 1800, blue shield mark, incised V
The centre painted to simulate micro-mosaic with a landscape with billing birds in a tree above a statue of Cupid, the richly gilt border reserved with three oval panels of Cupid, raised gilt bows and quivers, scrolling leaves and simulated jewels, the underside gadrooned and richly gilt below a band of simulated porphry (light rubbing)
