Decorated at the centre en grisaille with touches of flesh tones depicting Amphitrite in her shell carriage drawn by two dolphins, accompanied by sea nymphs, and holding her billowing cloak above her head, within iron-red and sepia bands in the well and gilt spearheads at the rim
