CIRCA 1740
Enamelled in soft pastel tones with a couple wearing classical robes seated in a rural setting, observed by a small boy peeping out from a bush in which he hides, within four iron-red, grisaille and gilt flower sprays at the border, underside rim chips
9 1/8 in. (23.2 cm.) diam.
