Decorated at the centre in enamels and gilt with a coat-of-arms, helmet, crest and mantling within gilt 'cup-and-ball' spearheads in the well and a finely-drawn grisaille and gilt du Paquier-style border incorporating three landscape and figure cartouches, rim hairline

These arms have been attributed to the Jouttuijn family. Several members of the family lived in the Dutch East Indies during the mid-18th Century.
