Brightly enamelled with a gentleman reclining against rockwork with his companion seated on his lap, she holding a walking cane, and he a garland of flowers, beside the couple are three recumbent sheep, within chain-pattern in the well and floral swags at the border below a narrow green band at the moulded foliate rim, underside chips restored
