of tapering form with openwork panel at top enclosing two geometrical motifs, the lowermost wrapped with dyed blue and orange porcupine quills, with old tag inscribed, Cleaner of Red Catlanite (sic) Pipe and Cleaner, belonged to Chief Sitting Bull
