The first a plain manju netsuke opening to reveal a compass; the second in the form of a saifu [purse]; the third a cylindrical brass box and cover containing a brass seal; the fourth a yatate [brush and ink holder] of brass with a silvered lid; the fifth a blue glass gourd with silvered metal fittings; the sixth lacquered metal in the form of a miniature matchlock pistol; the seventh a woven basket and cover with a metal fitting; the eighth a metal gourd containing lead shot; the ninth a kagami netsuke of silver and shibuichi, the plate with Benkei and Ushiwakamaru fighting by moonlight on the Gojo bridge; the tenth a tinderbox of iron with cherry blossoms in silver and brass fittings; the eleventh a metal hako netsuke with basketwork design, and a group of nine miscellaneous ojime in different materials
