33½ x 22¼ in. Cotton, printed in Federal blue and bright red, edges neatly hemmed, very light stains lower right corner, in a fine carved frame.

An extremely bold design, possibly printed from large wood blocks. Probably displayed in one of the widely attended postwar GAR reunions.
