3 parts of volume II only, bound in 2 volumes, oblong 2o (298 x 441 mm). 398 engraved maps and plans (numbered 428-826) printed on bluish paper many COLORED BY A CONTEMPORARY HAND (a few plates with marginal ink stamp). Contemporary half calf and marbled boards (worn).

Parts 2, 3, and 4 of the second volume of Franz Johann Josef von Reilly's enormous work illustrating Buesching's Grosse Erdbeschreibung containing maps of Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and France. Phillips records another imperfect copy, See Phillips 2845.
