2o (645 x 492 mm). 105 engraved plates, many double-page or folding (some browning and staining, a few tears along folds and edges, plate 8 very stained, plate 88 with 2 large holes). Modern cloth. Provenance: Thomas P. Cope (ownership inscription on title).

Later edition. Numerous charts, maps, plans and sailing directions for navigating the India and Chinese sea and additionally for navigating between England and the Cape of Good Hope.
