Engberg notes in his catalogue entry for this print that: "In addition to a variety of jams (grape, apricot, strawberry and boysenberry) and Metrecal (a diet drink), Ruscha experimented in these prints with Sego chocolate, Bosco (a chocolate syrup), and salmon before arriving at the desired combination of ingredients".
