each seated on double lotus petal thrones, wearing crowns and flowing robes elaborately decorated with lotus sprays and scrolling entwined foliage on lime green and puce coloured grounds, the bodies painted in gilt and adorned with jewellery -- 17 1/8in. (43.5cms) high, (losses, some small pieces restuck, quantity of pieces broken off but present). See Illustration. (2)
