A red overlay glass snuff bottle
18th century
of flattened rounded form, the opaque red overlay carved through to the semi-transparent white ground with coiled confronting qilong to either side -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high, stopper; and a rectangular transparent ruby red glass snuff bottle -- 2 5/8in. (6.7cm.) high, stopper (minor wear).
