A Meissen figure of a girl
Circa 1750, blue crossed swords mark at back, Pressnummer 10
Wearing a puce hat tied under her chin with a green ribbon, a purple-edged yellow jacket and white flowered apron, her skirt with indianische Blumen, holding her apron with both hands and dancing before rocks on a scroll-moulded mound base enriched in gilding and applied with flowers and foliage (both corners of apron and right hand with restoration and damages, left index finger lacking, left arm restuck, small restored chip to hem of jacket, minute chipping to hem of skirt, ribbons and foliage, slight wear to gilding)
