A Meissen Kakiemon lobed circular two-handled bowl and cover
Circa 1728, blue caduceus mark, Dreher's incised x to footrim
Of lobed circular form, the purple branch handles with turquoise foliage terminals, the cover with a branch and pomegranate finial, painted with gilt-scaled dragons turned towards their tails flanked by flowering branches of prunus and pomegranate (bowl with rubbing to dragons and underside of handles, two small rim chips)
