The blade struck with a single King's head mark, the cross forked at one end, the base of the blade covered by a silver ferrule, the ferrule at the base of the grip engraved on one face with the arms of Fraser, and initials 'S.F.' on the other (some pitting and surface rust, most of the silver parts replaced)
