With iron blade pierced with a slipped trefoil and patterns of circular holes, and small block-shaped peen, wooden handle covered with white staghorn segments (some cracked) engraved with a crucifixion scene, saints, praying figures, foliage, and expanded roses, staghorn pommel engraved with a mounted officer in contemporary costume and with the inscription 'Auf Gott und mein Gelick hofe ich alle Augen Blick (I hope for God and luck every moment in time)', and dated staghorn pommel-cap
