The anglaise case with side panels painted with birds on flowering branches, conforming dial with gilt-painted Roman chapter ring signed GOLDSMITH'S COMP.NY/LONDON PARIS, blued steel hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with silvered platform lever escapement with bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong, back plate numbered 668 -- 5 7/8in. (15cm.) high to hilt of handle; leather travel case
