With engraved later frets, later bell strap, later side doors, original dial well engraved with tulips and signed Thomas Knifton at the (sign of) Cross Keys/in Lothbury londini Fecit, later alarm disc, original hand, the movement with re-instated balance wheel escapement and alarm work -- 14 1/3in. (36.5cm.) high
