Cal.240, self-winding lever movement, ivory coloured dial with applied gold Breguet numerals, eccentic seconds dial, gold Breguet moon hands, case with screw back, maker's leather strap with 18ct. gold deployant clasp, 33mm.

This lot is sold with Patek Philippe boxes and a painting of this watch with the St.Agelo Castle Rome by Alfredo Luz a Portuguese artist.
