An embroidered panel of ivory linen, worked in green, blue and pink silks with the Lamb of God with a banner flanking a heart speared by two arrows, each of the four repeats divided by a sun, within a border of interlocking S-scrolls--45 x 7½in. (114 x 19cm.), possibly Italian, 17th/18th century; a joined linen border embroidered in soft red silks with cruciform medallions, the points tipped with fleur-de-lys--8 x 64in. (20 x 164cm.); six further embroidered panels variously worked with floral and geometric designs, mainly Swiss, 18th and 19th century; and a collection of trimmings, mostly tapestry borders of various colours and widths
