set on a splayed foot and painted in polychrome enamels and gilt over a clear crackled glaze with figures merrymaking, the foot and mouth painted with bands of brocade patterns and the handle and spout with scrolling vines, the top decorated to match with three chrysanthemum florets; gilt chrysanthemum finial
