Maker's mark probably that of Jonah Clifton, London 1708 (marks worn)
Comprising a large caster and a pair of smaller casters, each of squat baluster form with a tall domed and pierced cover with acorn finial on a circular moulded foot, engraved with a crest and the motto: CONSILIO ET IMPETU
The largest 18.5 cm. (7 1/4 in.) high; the pair 16 cm. (6 1/4 in.) high
