A Vatican City 19th century gold and enamel hinged bangle,
the central boss depicting a white cross against a blue quatrefoil ground with outer white border, with applied lettering to either side FELIX ESTO (be happy), the hinge and clasp with Etruscan style decoration bearing the Vatican mark, circa 1860.
