The case surmounted with two birds amongst flowers and foliage, with lion mask handles at the sides, and on a shaped and foliate cast base, the dial with Roman enamelled chapters and inscribed L. BARBASTE 13, RUE AUBER, PARIS, the twin barrel movement inscribed LBARBASTE PARIS 3865, with countwheel strike on bell
