The unusual treatment of the ushnisha is exceptionally fine with ample curls aligned to join at the tip; compare with another of similar execution on a standing Buddha at the Peshawar Museum, in H. Ingholt, Gandharan Art in Pakistan, 1957, cat. no. 206.
