Guy Lamaille, No.2729, retailed by Parkinson & Frodsham, circa 1890
The anglaise case on bun feet, with florally engraved mask to white enamel Roman chapter disc, retail signature PARKINSON & FRODSHAM/6 CHANGE ALLEY/LONDON, blued steel moon hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with gilt platform lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on two gongs via two hammers to back plate stamped G.L. and PATENT SURETY POLLER, numbered 2729, with three position sonnerie adjustment lever to underside, movement now quarter striking
