Qianlong iron-red seal mark and of the period (1736-1795)
The cylindrical sides delicately painted in shaded tones of iron-red with a pavilion and a small hut set into a hilly landscape, a solitary figure gazing at a sampan in the distance to one side below two lines from a famous Tang dynasty poem inscribed above, all against a café-au-lait ground, the mouth rim gilded
