Sample from this cellar: Surprisingly youthful color considering age. Fully mature aromas best described as damp earth, musty, blows off with time in glass, roasted, gamey, spicy meat follows--good amplitude of aroma. Bright acidity calmed with food, which in turn brought out mature, dried fruits; minerality; vintage shows on finish, but enjoyable overall. ST
