A selection of Chinese armorial porcelain en suite, Jiaqing, circa 1800
comprising an oval meat dish, a cup and three saucers, the arms painted in coloured enamels and gilt, within underglaze blue hatch and spearhead pattern borders -- the meatdish 14½in. (36.8cms) long.
The arms are of Oliphant impaling Browne. See 'Chinese Armorial Porcelain', D.S Howard, page 725. (5)
