A Hicks and Meigh ironstone egg-cup holder and six egg-cups
Circa 1820, printed STONE CHINA No.2 mark
Of shaped oval form, with six apertures holding six egg-cups, printed and painted with the 'Long Tailed Bird' pattern above borders of cell and scale-patterns, between scrolling cartouches, on a footed base (two egg cups with small restored rim chips)
8 in. (20.5 cm.) wide
