Half title, handcoloured lithographed frontispiece of the author, one map and one tinted lithographed plate. Original publisher's cloth (faded, extremities slightly bumped, a few light marks on sides). Third edition, PRESENTATION COPY, inscribed on half title to Col. ? McPherson "with best respects of the Author".
