Designed as a series of oval-shaped links, each inserted with a central fluted link, to the barrel slide, decorated with blue enamel navette-shaped plaques with engraved gold foliate detail, suspending a domed and tasseled terminal of similar design, (with additional gold chain added later), late 19th century, 40¼ ins.
