Scratches, marks, knocks and black stains to the top consistent with use and age. Marks and scuffs particularly to the reeded mouldings. Splitting to the right top side. Detatched 2in square missing to the front left frieze. Left drawer with piece missing below the brass keyhole 1/4in square. Uneaveness to the drawer fronts. Split above the right second top drawer with slight loss. Veneered patches to the bottom moulding and piece missing below bottom right drawer (approx 1 1/4 by 3/4in) also veneers missing to the right side of the bottom moulding (approx 3-4in) with some renewal or replacement. Marks and scuffs particularly to the feet. Overall condition reasonable and consistent with use and age and restoration. There is a coloured veneered patch to the right front top frieze going a lighter colour and different figuring. Slight losses to the outer edges of the door hinges possibly due to reapplication. The bottom of the cupboard has grooves for shelves which are missing. The modern folding tie rack attached to the top left inside door.
