Comprising two armchairs and six side chairs, each with a rectangular back and five vertical spats decorated throughout with foliage and bamboo designs, each with a close-nailed upholstered seat covered in 18th century yellow-ground floral needlework, raised on square, chamfered legs, refreshments to the japanning, variously inscribed in yellow chalk 5478 (8)
