Oval, the obverse with figures depicting Hope, Faith and Charity near a sarcophagus with chalice and sun above, on the right a church in the background, inscribed 'Gebooren den 3 Septr 1707. Gestorven 8 Maart 1756, the reverse inscribed with memorial text, in fitted leather and red velvet lined case
