Maker's mark a bird sitting on a branch (Zeeuws Zilver, no. 638), Middelburg, 1770, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for Middelburg
Of shaped square form, on four rocaille feet with spreading moulded border, four sides chased and embossed with scrolling flowers with plain shaped panels in between, detachable high domed cover with four panels of embossed and chased rocaille, flame finial, marked on base
