Only struck with maker's mark a rose (probably Citroen, no. 99), Haarlem, circa 1690, handle struck with town mark of Amsterdam and later Dutch duty mark of 1807 and 1853-1927
On a plain circular rim, the circular body openworked with dots and crosses, engraved upper rim of curves, overhead handle inscribed S HB, marked on base and handle
