Of Ardebil design, the indigo field with delicate scrolling tendrils and palmettes around an ivory cusped medallion with delicate arabesque work around a bottle-green centrepiece containing similar floral sprays, the radiating palmettes with similar designs, a mosque lamp pendant at each end, the part ivory cusped spandrels with similar radiating palmettes, in an indigo cartouche border with dense flowering vine and cloudbands between claret-red, ivory and golden yellow floral meander and leafy vine minor stripes, full pile throughout, overall excellent condition
