The brick-red field with angular palmette and flowering tendrils around an indigo star medallion containing interlaced arabesques with another smaller lozenge medallion above, flanked around the edge of the field with similar part-medallions, in an indigo border of palmettes issuing angular tendrils and flowerheads between inner sandy yellow hooked geometric motif and outer flowering angular vine stripes, overall wear with some areas down to the foundation, small scattered areas of restoration, mounted and stretched
