A mint and used accumulation in two cartons housed in albums, pages, sheet files and loose including a good classic period used range, 1916 Investiture used sets (6), 1936 Occupation of Kwantung used sets (3), National Park miniature sheets for 1938, 1939 (Daisen and Aso), 1940 (Daisetsu-zan and Kirishima), 1941 (Daiton and Tsugitaka) and some post-war, a quantity of issues used on commemorative postcards with special cancellations (many with original decorative folders) including 1921 Japanese Post Anniversary set on two cards, additional 10s. on another, presentation folders bearing complete sets of 1936 Occupation of Kwantung (2, one with special cancellations); covers and cards with a series of seventeen postal stationery cards (1898-1900) addressed to Australia - many bearing additional adhesives; a quantity of large multiples and sheets including 1926-31 Taisho granite paper 50s. block of twenty-six from the foot of the sheet, 1936 Occupation of Kwantung 1½s. block of eighty-five, 3s. block of eighty-one, 1936 Fuji-Hakone sets (33, blocks of twelve (2) and nine), 1938 Nikko set in blocks of twenty and twelve, 1939 Daisen set in blocks of twenty, 1940 Daisetsu-zan set in blocks of twenty together with two complete sheets of fifty of the 20s., 1940 Kirishima set in blocks of twenty; Philatelic Week issues in singles and miniature sheets; Ryukyu Islands - a fairly comprehensive mint assembly together with better selections of other Asian countries including Korea.
