Lot 472 very corroded capsules. Badly bin-soiled labels, one missing. Levels: three base of neck, one top and two upper-shoulder. Lot 473 three Ex-Nicolas. Bin-soiled labels. Levels: two into neck and one top-shoulder. Of the remaining three bottles in the lot two have corroded capsules, all have very good labels. Levels: one upper, one mid/low and one low-shoulder
Tasting note: immediately forthcoming bouquet, mature, even aged, bricky, slightly medicinal; a sweet ripe entry, a touch of decay yet a rich drink and still tannic. October 1999. M.B.
