by the Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, dated 1913
Circular, the biscuit plaque depicting bust length figures of Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich and Tsar Nicholas II with their combined monograms in the centre, the Romanov double-headed Imperial eagle below and the Monomakh Cap above, flanked by the dates 1613 and 1913, commemorating the tercentenary of Romanov rule, with impresses Cyrillic initals on the reverse 'P. Ch.'
