Formed as a double-headed swan, the base with silver-gilt, enamel and ruby and emerald-set foot, the carved foliate rock crystal base rising to a knopped baluster stem with jeweled and enamel joint, supporting an oval rock crystal bowl carved to imitate feathers, the swan-form cover with rock crystal body, outstretched wings and double head, the breast mounted with rubies, emeralds and diamonds, and vari-colored enameled plaque, the swan heads surmounted by a diamond and enamel crown, marked on cover and body bezel, knopped stem and under foot, also with accession number
