The first comprising a pair of steel and gold scissors with gold cover, a thimble applied with gem-set grapevine, two needles and pencil with seal terminal, in a fitted leather case; the second comprising a pair of steel and silver scissors with silver cover, thimble, needle, pen knife and stiletto in a fitted red leather case with silver plaque engraved C. Nettleship 1828; together with a gem-set two-color gold thimble, circa 1840, apparently unmarked
